The “Cottages at Rocking Horse Farm” will be a charming neighborhood comprised of 45 smaller building lots, which allow a homebuyer to downsize or create a more modest, efficient home. These lots will be ready to build on as soon as fall 2018. Cottage homes will be limited to 1- to 1.5-story designs.
Pricing for Cottage Lots are now available, as well as a fact sheet to share the essential features/restrictions. Most of the lots are 55-ft. wide and between 6,000 to 7,000 sq. ft. Also, there are five street-curve lots ranging from 9,500 to 11,500 sq. ft.

Full-Service Homeowners Association (HOA)
The HOA for the Cottage Lots will take care of all lawn care and snow removal. It also maintains four learning-oriented pocket parks, as well as two trail access lots.
Rocking Horse Park
Located adjacent to the new Rocking Horse Park (Coming Summer 2018), nearly 50% of the Cottage Lots offer unobstructed views. The 5.62-acre park will consist of a measured exercise trail, manicured turf, a wildlife pond and playground equipment for 2-5 year olds and another set for 5-12 year olds.
In aggregate, the underground utility and street bids for Rocking Horse Farm 5thAddition cottage lots were 21.2% under estimates. This should have a very positive impact on minimizing special assessments.

Rocking Horse Farm is not within the current FEMA 100-year flood plain as of 1-16-15.
