Big news for South Fargo!
According to public records from the City of Fargo, Target is proposing to construct a new store in South Fargo at 4814 38th Street S.
It was first reported in February that Target planned to bring a second location to Fargo, as indicated on their corporate website. However, in May, that future store was removed from the site, leaving the project’s fate uncertain.
The current application for the 133,000-square-foot store—located in the northwest quadrant of Interstate 29 and 52nd Avenue South—is pending approval.
This highly anticipated location will be just minutes from Rocking Horse Farm and close to other major retailers like Walmart, Aldi, Circle K, and Happy Harry’s.
This new addition will be yet another convenient amenity for the Rocking Horse Farm community, offering more shopping options close to home.
