Griffin Construction recently began street work at Rocking Horse Farm, and the evidence is taking shape. Curb and gutter is being placed around the farmstead office complex and down to 52nd Avenue. This is the Phase I of the project, which is on schedule to be complete with curb, gutter and asphalt by mid September.
After that, the balance of the streets servicing about 81 of the community's first 136 single-family residential lots will be paved during Phase II of construction which should be complete around October 15th.
