You know how we're always talking about Rocking Horse Farm being a community? Well, what's more "community" than having an elementary school right across the street? Thanks to the passing of the West Fargo School bond referendum on November 17, the Osgood Kindergarten Center will get a face-lift and become a full-fledged elementary school in 2017. This reconfiguration will make it very convenient to young Rocking Horse Farm families.
